Booking Terms and Conditions

Non–EU Bookings

Are subject to:

1. A place on the course being available.

Place Restrictions: Your application must be received at least 8 weeks prior to the start of the event.
Valid Passport or Visa numbers must be provided.
The College is unable to help with applications for visas.

The fee will require:

Immediate payment on receipt of our provisional booking letter. Also attached will be your invoice. Both will be emailed.

Payment must be received at the College within 10 days of the provisional booking letter date. A confirmation letter will then be issued.

EPC Reservations require an email confirming that payment has been made. (Please advise on payment method, date, bank and payment reference number.)

The invoice number must be quoted on the bank transaction.

If payment is not received within 10 days then the place will no longer be available.

2. Exchange rate commission charges, if applicable, must be paid in addition to the event fee by you or your organisation.

3. Value Added Tax (VAT) is not payable.

4. Cancellation of a confirmed booking will be at 100% of the event fee.

5. The provisional booking letter will specify the full terms and conditions, procedures to be adhered and other relevant information.

6. Joining instructions will be issued approximately four weeks before the event start date.
