BookingTerms and Conditions
EU Bookings
Are subject to:
Availability of delegate places.
The fee to be paid in advance and within 10 days.
Value Added Tax (VAT) is not payable.
Exchange rate commission charges, if applicable, must be paid in addition
to the event fee by you or your organisation.
In the event of a change or withdrawal please notify Reservations as soon
as possible.
Cancellation of a confirmed booking will be at 100% of the event fee.
Joining instructions will be issued approximately four weeks before the
event start date.
A confirmation letter specifying the full terms and conditions, procedures
to be adhered and other relevant information, prior to a firm booking being
accepted, will follow after receipt of this form.
