Who Should Attend: This course is aimed at those within Category One and Two responders, both public and private sector, who have a responsibility for risk management and its relationship with the wider civil protection duties as defined under the Civil Contingencies Act. No prior knowledge of risk management is required.
Aim:To provide participants with a firm understanding of risk management in a civil protection context, covering the statutory duty, multi-agency collaboration, risk registers, control measures and communication strategies.
