Course Title: Validating Emergency Plans
Who Should Attend: For those who, in order to implement effective civil protection arrangements, have a role in developing and/or delivering training, developing and managing civil protection exercises and auditing, validating and reviewing civil protection arrangements.
Aim: To enable participants to develop training and exercise programmes for civil protection.
Objectives: By the end of this event you will be able to:
- Explain the key issues in devising training programmes and selecting delivery options
- Recognise and explain the key activities involved in plan validation
- Describe how to write an exercise.
- Prepare an action plan for delivering an exercise.
Pre-requisites: We would normally expect participants to have completed the Introduction to Civil Protection course and also our Creating Emergency Plans course.
