Who Should Attend: This course is aimed at those who are familiar with the Business Continuity Management lifecycle. It takes participants (who are mainly Category 1 and 2 Responders) through a range of exercises that will help them understand their critical activities and to get ‘buy-in’ for their BCM programme.
Aim: To critically appraise existing BCM arrangements and identify current good practice
Objectives: By the end of this event you will be able to:
Pre-requisites: Knowledge of the CCA (provided on ICP) and a working knowledge of the BCM life-cycle (addressed in ‘Introduction to BCM') will be assumed.
Progression: Maintaining a Business Continuity Management (Formerly BCM3) is for BCM practitioners who wish to meet with others to explore the latest good practice and hear from speaker from a range of agencies.
