Course Title: Maintaining a BCM Culture - Addressing the Complexity Issues of Supply Chains 

Who Should Attend: Maintaining a Business Continuity Management Culture – Addressing the Complexity Issues of Supply Chains (Formerly BCM3) is for BCM practitioners with a good working knowledge of BCM techniques who wish to meet with others to explore the latest good practice and hear from speakers from a range of agencies.

Aim: To explore the complexity issues faced by organisations who are developing a BCM capability.

Objectives: By the end of this event you will be able to:

Pre-requisites: This is our specialist BCM course so knowledge of the CCA (provided on ICP) and a working knowledge of the BCM life-cycle (addressed in ‘Introduction to BCM’ and Developing & Embedding Your Business Continuity Management Programme’) will be assumed.
