Course Title: Developing & Embedding Your Business Continuity Management Programme [NI]
Who Should Attend: Business Continuity and emergency planning managers who are Category 1 and 2 Responders and those from other organisations who have a role to play in enhancing local resilience by preparing and/or maintaining business continuity arrangements.
Aim: To develop you awareness of key elements of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) process as described in CCA Guidance Part 1 – Emergency Preparedness.
Objectives: By the end of this event you will be able to:
- Identify, analyse and capture the critical business processes in your organisation
- Describe how supply chain issues can affect the delivery of critical functions
- Evaluate different approaches to preparing for and gaining ‘buy in’ to your BCM programme Identify areas for development in your BC plans by comparing and contrasting against model plans
