Course Title: Maintaining a BCM Culture - Addressing the Complexity Issues of Supply Chains [NI]
Who Should Attend: Maintaining a Business Continuity Management Culture – Addressing the Complexity Issues of Supply Chains (Formerly BCM3) is for BCM practitioners with a good working knowledge of BCM techniques who wish to meet with others to explore the latest good practice and hear from speakers from a range of agencies.
Aim: To explore the complexity issues faced by organisations who are developing a BCM capability.
Objectives: By the end of this event you will be able to:
- Describe the Programme Management roles required for sustainable BCM.
- State the key supply chain issues that need to be addressed to enable business continuity.
- Identify the need for business continuity in the procurement process.
- Make the link between a BCM Programme management and wider cultural / organisational change programmes.
Pre-requisites: This is our specialist BCM course so knowledge of the CCA (provided on ICP) and a working knowledge of the BCM life-cycle (addressed in ‘Introduction to BCM’ and Developing & Embedding Your Business Continuity Management Programme’) will be assumed.
