LACDE is an international non-profit association established to assist
local authorities around the globe in their struggle against disasters and
emergencies. The Union of Local Authorities in Israel (ULAI), originally
conceived LACDE, initiated its establishment and serves today as the
Internation al Secretariat for LACDE.
