Course Title: Emergency Control Centre Operation
Who Should Attend: This is aimed at those relatively new to the disciplines of control centre working and information management in an emergency context. It will develop the confidence and skills necessary for the individual to be an effective member of an emergency control centre team.
Aim: To equip you with the knowledge and skills required to manage information in a control centre environment.
This course is the best I have been on. Excellent, solid practical stuff - exactly what I wanted. The control room exercise is one of the most valuable learning experiences I have had. This could not have been delivered in any other way - a real adrenalin rush!
